Wraymond K. Plummer  graduated with distinction in the top ten percent of his class from University of the Pacific, McGeorge School of Law in 2001. Mr. Plummer is a member of the Order of the Coif and the Traynor Society, and was on the Dean's Honor Roll at McGeorge in 1999, 2000, and 2001. Mr. Plummer was a staff writer on the McGeorge Law Review later to be appointed Chief Comment Editor of the McGeorge Law Review. Mr. Plummer was also a receipent of the McGeorge Scholarship Award, R.T. Stratton Memorial Scholarship, McGeorge Law Review Scholarship, and the Annabel McGeorge Academic Achievement Scholarship.


Mr. Plummer practices law in the areas of criminal defense, juvenile deliquency defense, and parole violation defense. He has represented over a thousand parole violation defendants and over two thousand minors charged with juvenile deliquency petitions in Sacramento and surrounding counties, and has presented materials to attorneys at continuing legal education seminars regarding juvenile law and parole violation proceedings for the California Parole Advocacy Program. Mr. Plummer was also a presenter at a Board of Prison Hearing Deputy Commissioner training seminar held at the McGeorge School of Law where he was asked to conduct probable cause and Morrissey hearings for evaluation and training purposes.
